Hullo there!
It appears that you've come across my LiveJournal somehow, which itself, is a good thing. My name is Maria, although I go under the nickname Hawkie around the 'net. Currently, I am 16 years old, and reside in ye olde Viking land, also known as Norway. English is my second language, and I hope to speak both Spanish and French fluently one day.

I take an interest in languages, art, song, writing, games of various kinds, and the occassional philosophic thought. Most of the time, I appear to have no clue where my life is goning, although I do have my mooments where I suddenly realize, "hey, that sounds like a great idea!" and do something useful. Another thing is that I am entirely all too fond of birds, red-tailed hawks in particular.
As far as fandoms go, you could say that I actively belong in the Pokémon fandom, although my interests span over wider areas than that.

And that's about it - I'm a bit of an oddball personality and opinion wise sometimes, but then again, who isn't?
Oh, and apologies... My journal is currently friends-only due to privacy reasons. Fear not however, all you have to do is comment on my public entry and I'll get back to you there.
